Striptease dancing has come a long way. The word striptease was first coined back in the 1930s. Striptease dancing, also referred to as exotic dancing, was performed by strippers or exotic dancers, and originated as a form of entertainment.
Mostly popular at men’s clubs around the globe, striptease transformed from the entertainment business to the fitness industry.
Back in the 90s, Carmen Electra became synonymous with striptease dance aerobics with her many striptease workout DVDs. Soon thereafter, striptease dance instructors were offering classes all across the country.
Can Striptease Workout Aerobics Help Me Lose Weight?
Striptease workout routines are a great way to burn calories, increase strength and flexibility, while toning muscles to give you a sexy body.

#1 Floor Moves: We will cover the striptease freestyle floor moves first, as this requires no extra equipment and is the best way for beginners to warm up and get prepared for the next moves.
#2 Chair Moves: From our floor moves, we will then be moving on to chair dancing moves. Since everyone has a chair at home it only seems logical that we make this our second choice. Besides of course that it is soo much fun.
#3 Floor and Chair Combo: After learning the basic floor and chair moves, try combining the two for a more exhilarating striptease workout experience.
#4 Pole Moves: Third but not least pole dancing moves which are by far the most popular form of striptease dancing. Unfortunately, not everyone has an available stripper pole laying around at home.
