Better Results with Strick Form and Full Motion and Lighter Weights
To begin with, start any exercise on this machine with light weights and perform 20 to 30 reps of strict movements. This is guaranteed to activate and fire up the muscle you are targeting. If you are doing the exercise correctly you will feel the burn and pump for that muscle group.
I am a firm believer in volume training. This means doing 3 sets of 12 reps per exercise is not enough. This is the routine most people follow. If you want to stand out from the crowd you have to do what others are not doing. I am not going to give you the bodybuilding recipe but rather the toning and shaping recipe you need to transform your physique quickly and effectively.
Intensity and Volume is Key
Therefore I suggest doing 6 sets per exercise. Start your first set with 20 to 30 reps using strict form and full-motion. Leave yourself about 45 seconds to a minute rest between sets. Do as many reps as possible for each set. I suggest working out 3-4 times per week, or more if you have the time and energy.
Intensity is key and forces your body to respond. Do not set yourself a number but rather execute each set to failure. After a few months up your intensity by increasing your weights. However, remember to never sacrifice your form.
Give yourself at least two to three months with this routine. It takes time to see change. Most give up if they do not see changes immediately or even after only a few weeks time. So stick with it and don’t give up. This will separate you from the majority, and I guarantee you will see results.
